New Niagara Falls Office
Effective Tuesday, January 2, 2018 Excelsior Orthopaedics will be relocating to a new Niagara Falls Office. Our new office will be located at 10175 Niagara Falls Blvd., Suite 2, Niagara Falls, NY 14304 (next to David Chevrolet & Buick). Click Here to view the: Relocation Map
If you have an appointment scheduled with us in Niagara Falls on or before December 22, simply come to our current location at 6934 Williams Road as usual. If your appointment is scheduled on or after January 2, 2018, come to our new location at 10175 Niagara Falls Blvd., Suite 2. There is parking avalible in front and behind the building with building entranced on both sides of the building. PLEASE NOTE: We share a waiting room with Dr. Frank Laurri & Associates. Please be sure to check in at the Excelsior reception counter.
We’re very excited about this move into our new, state-of-the-art facility, as it will significantly expand our presence in Niagara County, so that we can provide you and all of our patients with comprehensive care and services in one convenient location. At this office, you’ll have access to orthopaedic and sports medicine care from some of Western New York’s leading orthopaedic specialists. We'll also offer physical and occupational therapy services, on-site X-ray and durable medical equipment.
Our Team is Growing
As part of our expansion in Niagara Falls, we’re proud to say that the Excelsior team is growing. We recently welcomed Dr. Adam O. Burzynski and Dr. Jude Violante to our group. Both are accepting new patients in Niagara Falls.
Dr. Adam Burzynski is a sports medicine orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder including ACL injuries, shoulder instability, and rotator cuff repair. He has a special interest in total knee replacements with a focus on unicompartmental (partial knee) replacement. Dr. Burzynski is currently accepting new patients at our Amherst and Niagara Falls offices.
Dr. Jude Violante is a Board Certified podiatric foot surgeon with specialization in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of foot disorders and diseases, including surgery of the foot and injuries of the foot. Dr. Violante has been in practice in Niagara Falls for 15 years, and he will be seeing patients at Excelsior’s new office in Niagara Falls.
