We continue to actively monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and comply with all social distancing requirements. \nWhile we are not able to gather together in person to learn about the latest treatment options\, we can still connect and help to educate the WNY community through video conferencing.  Excelsior is proud to offer our 2020 Patient Education Seminar series utilizing video conferencing. See the Q & A below to learn how to participate. \nHow This Works – Common questions: \nQ. How do I register to attend this virtual patient seminar?\nA. Simply complete the reservation form below and click submit. \nQ. How do I access the virtual patient seminar?\nA. Our team will collect your email address and will send all who register a link to join the Zoom video conference. This link will be emailed out on the morning of the talk. \nQ. I have never used a Zoom meeting\, how do I use the meeting link?\nA. On the day and time of the scheduled patient seminar\, simply click on the Zoom meeting link we sent you via email and you will be admitted into the video conference.  If this is your first time using a Zoom meeting\, we recommend you watch this brief video tutorial\, which will walk you through the steps to join a meeting: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting-  We also recommend you login to the meeting about five minutes ahead of the planned meeting. No\, the host of the meeting will mute all guests.  This will ensure that the presenting physician is not interrupted by any background noise and all in attendance can hear the presentation. \nQ. Will others in the meeting be able to see me?\nA. You have the ability to turn on or off your video control from your computer or smartphone. We encourage everyone to utilize the video function if available on your home computer\, smartphone or tablet. \nQ. Will I be able to ask questions?\nA.
