This is tailored to your goals and current sports or pursuits - we offer variations for injured athletes looking to optimize recovery, overhead athletes prone to arm injuries, runners or running sport athletes prone to lower extremity injury, and more. We use our extensive databases and a science-backed approach to develop a training program designed around your individual strengths, weaknesses, and needs based on your unique profile.
Our baseline assessment is the Individual Athletic Profile. This profile includes a comprehensive musculoskeletal review, physical competency, and performance indicator metrics. This assessment is tailored to each individual and their risks, and includes a number of advanced analysis tools depending on the your circumstances and goals. This is the first step to establishing a training plan that works for you!
