What is your approach to nutrition counseling?
“I truly value the process of developing relationships with patients and creating goals and plans for their individualized needs. I take pride in the long term journey we share in celebrating successes and overcoming barriers along the way. Each person is different and needs support in their own approach to managing health and weight.”
