Melinda (Mindy) Yoder is a registered dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition, eating disorders, weight management and corporate and travel nutrition. She has been working with athletes of all ages, at all levels, for years, and was a competitive college athlete herself. She understands the world of athletics, but she also understands the daily struggles that the average person faces each day when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to help you understand the benefits of the food you eat while enjoying every bite. She can provide shopping, budgeting, meal preparation tips, and more to help you realize your best nutrition strategy.
What is your approach to nutrition counseling?
“My life is just as real as yours. I am managing a busy work schedule, have family health concerns, a young son to care for, a budget to try to stick to. I get tired and have many days that grabbing dinner on the way home seems easier than making something, but I CHOOSE to be healthy, happy, and to enjoy the little things along the way. I want to help you do the same. I am your coach, teammate, and loudest cheerleader!”
