Education
Jason M. Matuszak, M.D. received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his Medical Degree from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University at Syracuse. Dr. Matuszak completed his Internship and Residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He then completed a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine, Manoa, HI.
