Excelsior Orthopaedics Sports Performance coming to Sahlen’s Flash Fields
Elma, N.Y. – Excelsior Orthopaedics and Sahlen’s Sports Park are thrilled to announce they have partnered to bring an immediate impact to the WNY community, forging together to further the development of athletes.
The well-established Sports Performance branch of Excelsior Orthopaedics will make a new home at Flash Fields, the most recent expansion of Sahlen’s Sports Park, a state-of-the-art outdoor turf complex at 6831 Seneca St. in Elma. This partnership will bring exceptional service by providing high-performance sports training and physical therapy to all the athletes who participate at the Sports Park, as well as the top-tier soccer players competing with the WNY Flash Academy.
“We have had nothing but a first-class experience with Excelsior in the past with our pro team, so partnering with Excelsior was the perfect fit. We are excited to bring their quality, experience, and hands on knowledge to Flash Fields for athletes that utilize our facilities. Additionally, providing a top strength and conditioning program for our WNY Flash Academy players has been at the top of our list the last several years, and we can’t wait to get started with Excelsior,” adds Aaran Lines, Vice President.
“To add Excelsior Orthopaedics, the leader in orthopaedic care and sports medicine to WNY’s Premier Sports Facility, is a game changer for our community. Excelsior is bringing the kind of training environment and expertise reserved for elite athletes. We are excited to see the Excelsior team provide a service to athletes that you will not find anywhere else in WNY,” said Chuck Lawless, Sahlen’s Sports Park General Manager.
The move for Excelsior Orthopaedics falls in line with its growing footprint throughout Western New York and is an exciting new venture for the region’s leader in orthopaedics and sports medicine.
“We are proud and honored that the well-respected Sahlen’s brand wanted to work with Excelsior Orthopaedics, thanks to our excellent reputation and legacy of having worked with the WNY Flash team members in the past. This is a testament that Excelsior is THE premier place for athletes to stay in the game and train with the best,” said Josette Fisher, Director of Sports Medicine and Wellness of Excelsior Orthopaedics.
“Both organizations share tremendous brand strength and a demonstrated commitment to the Western New York community,” said David Uba, CEO of Excelsior Orthopaedics. “Furthermore, we have a shared understanding of the power of youth and adult sports to achieve both physical and mental health and wellness. The opportunity for Excelsior to provide high performance sports training at this state-of-the art complex will allow us to expand the variety and effectiveness of programs we can provide to both amateur and elite athletes.”
