Driving & Landmarks
Excelsior Orthopaedics Amherst is the headquarters of our practice. It’s located on the Excelsior campus, along with the Buffalo Surgery Center and the Physical Therapy facility. It’s located 0.25 miles off the Sheridan Drive exit of I-290, behind the Sheridan Family Diner and Ethan Allen, and next to the Northtown Lexus Dealership.
Parking & Check-In
Main Clinic & Express Patients: Use the main entrance at the front of the building, and check in with the front desk.
PT/OT Patients: Use Door #14, located to the right of the main entrance.
Sports Performance Patients: Use the door left of the main entrance with a labeled awning, and check in at the desk.

This may include transitional physical therapy programs, strength and conditioning training, durable medical equipment such as braces, nutrition education, and wellness seminars - all offered in-house from Excelsior.
