Director of Physical & Occupational Therapy
Alanna Pokorski has been treating patients for over 20 years as a physical therapist. During her time in private practice, her focus was on outpatient orthopaedics for spine and extremity conditions. Alanna has taken on leadership roles for most of her career, and now brings valuable experience and guidance to Excelsior’s physical therapy team, ensuring we stay on the cutting-edge of the industry while keeping patient care at the center of every decision. In addition to physical therapy, Alanna has a passion for teaching and has taught multiple courses to clinicians across New York State, including University of Buffalo, Nazareth College, and nationally at the APTA Private Practice Conference. She is committed to staying up-to-date on current physical therapy practices, and attends courses and events with industry leaders to continue her education.
