What is your approach to nutrition counseling?
“I like taking the time to really listen to patient needs and struggles so I can help guide their journey with nutrition and form a healthy lifestyle. Everyone’s life, including mine, has its ups and downs and is often reflected in your health. The most exciting part of what I do is helping someone understand their body and habits better and then find ways to be the best version of themselves.”
