“What is your approach to nutrition counseling?”
I aim to take a Health at Every Size approach to nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy, whereas we work toward improving or building health behaviors that stick for life! I truly believe we can make all foods fit and be strategic in the way we fuel the body and manage or prevent chronic disease.
