Date: September 27, 2022 Category: Orthopedic news, Uncategorized

AMHERST, N.Y. – September is Healthy Aging Month, and before the month is over, we want to share a few tips that may be helpful to you or your children as you get older. While genetics are sometimes out of our control, we CAN control the choices we make that stand to improve or sustain our quality of life with age.

Recently, we had the opportunity to provide an expert article for the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, and in this article, we address the long-term effects of injuries and do some myth-busting. Click here to learn about injuries to the joints, athletic overuse, and the truth about cracking those knuckles!
