Physician Assistant

Tania Didas is a physician assistant with Dr. Callahan’s practice, specializing in hand and wrist care. As an Army veteran, serving 11 years active duty and ongoing service in the Army National Guard, Tania has always had a heart for service. She understands that patients are more than the conditions for which they’re being treated. She aims to educate each of her patients to make empowered decisions about their care, and approaches each interaction with compassion and empathy. When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her husband, her children (including twin girls!), or her first baby Kala - a double doodle.

Do you have any hobbies that might surprise people?

“I love latin dance! Salsa, merengue, bachata - I take weekly lessons and also do social dance.”

What drew you to become a PA?

“Medicine has always been my passion. When I was in college, I volunteered as an EMT, which really solidified my desire to become a provider. Once I started learning about PAs, it seemed to align with my desire to make a difference, have time to spend with patients on education, and the ability to practice medicine immediately after training.”
